Our Story

Key Properties was founded in 1985 by Anthony Balboni, then a young real estate agent. Anthony wanted to start a company that focused on helping people not only find the right home to live in, but which would also serve them well as a long term financial investment. Knowing that a real estate purchase is the largest investment many people make in their lives, Balboni wanted to ensure that his clients were focused on the long term financial aspect of their purchase.

The Key Properties Real Estate company opened its doors in 1995, in a small rental space at the corner of New Albany Road and U.S. Route 130 in Cinnaminson, where Mr. Balboni moved his family and called home. After the rapid growth of his real estate company there, he soon ran out of space, and Key Properties acquired its current location at 6000 Route 130 in Delran, to house the full-time agents that he’s recruited and introduced to the industry.

Key Properties agents all continue to share their important mission to this day: helping people realize the true financial benefits of investing in a home for their families, and promoting real estate ownership in our community.

With his background in financing, Balboni works to educate his clients on all of the methods available for financing and maximizing the growth of available equity in their purchases. While many other real estate companies were and are simply focused on selling houses, Balboni was and remains focused on helping his customers develop a strong financial foothold in their homes.

Despite its growth over the years, Key Properties has remained a local presence, focused on the Delran and Burlington County community. We love the current real estate technology as much as any company, but we value personalization with our clients more. There is still no tool of technology that matches physically experiencing visiting a home, and Key Properties will always be focused on the human interaction part of the transaction.

Key Properties still today provides top real estate services in Burlington County, and we do it through both helping our clients think long term on their investment, and by keeping a local face as a member of our community.
